Kingston DataTraveler SE9 Wins iF Product Design Award

Kingston recently announced that its DataTraveler SE9 USB flash drive has won the iF Product Design Award for 2013 where it competed with over 3,011 submissions under the ‘Computer’ category.

The jury of the iF International Forum Design Hannover made the decision after considering its design quality, choice of material, innovation, environmental sustainability, functionality and ergonomic design.

The Kingston DataTraveler SE9 comes in a stylish metal casing with a large key loop that lets users easily attach the drive to a lanyard or keyring. In addition, the SE9 also offers a small and compact form factor, which will fit perfectly with today’s Ultrabooks.

Available in capacities of up to 64GB, Kingston also reports that there is a 24-karat gold-plated DataTraveler GE9 version, which was designed by Arman Emami.
